The Ordinary Moments | Spring is on it’s Way

Spring

This week has actually been full of happy little ordinary moments so it’s been difficult to pick just one, but I think the best thing for me and for most people has been the gorgeous weather that we’ve had this week. It’s amazing what blue sky and a bit of sunshine can do for your mood isn’t it? A couple of times this week I even left the house without a coat on! And it felt sooo good.

On Wednesday both Max and Evie were at school so I went out and treat myself to some daffodils, they are such happy flowers aren’t they? And another sign that spring is right around the corner.

Thursday, the kids were at school again so I went shopping, alone! I went to Primark and bought myself a few new spring wardrobe bits. It felt really good to say goodbye to the chunky winter jumpers and start refreshing my wardrobe a little.

Other than the gorgeous weather, this week has been a pretty normal week and it’s been good to have some normality, after last weeks illness and half term the week before. Sometimes it’s nice to just have a bit of routine isn’t it?

How has your week been?

Thanks for reading.

It was really lovely to have some sunshine this week, sadly here it was only 1 day. But hopefully a sign its on its way for a little bit longer. I love daffodils and buy a bunch every week X #ordinarymoments

Daffodils are my favourite, like Laura I buy a bunch every week too. Such a cheap way of bringing some colour into the house compared to other flowers. I am so excited for Spring. x
