The Siblings Project | April

siblings

For this months siblings photos I made my children wear bunny ears and sit next to some daffodils, because y’know Easter.

But seriously though, how cute do they look? If we did Easter cards, these photos would be perfect! But we don’t, so the blog is where they will stay.

Much of the past month has been pretty standard and uneventful. One thing that did happen though was Max started swimming lessons. It’s prompted Evie to start asking questions about swimming lessons and she actually seems like she would be happy to start now too, I think seeing her big brother doing it and enjoying it has given her confidence. For now, I think we will let her watch him for a little longer before we book her lessons, just so she gets a better idea of how it all works and what she will be doing, she’s a cautious one.

The last week has been the Easter school holidays for us, so these two have been spending a lot of timeĀ together and for the most part it’s been great and I think Evie has really enjoyed having Max home every day. But of course there has been some fighting, but I guess they wouldn’t be siblings if there hadn’t been would they?

They’ve have had fun crafting, visiting family, baking, playing, and over the next week we have a couple of days out planned, so more family fun to be had! I’m sure they are going to miss each other when it’s all over and they are back to school.

So here are our photos for April…and if you’re wondering why they look angry in some photos, it’s because they were attempting (and failing) to do twitchy bunny noses!

You can check out last month’s Siblings Project here. And last April’s photos here, they’ve grown up a lot in a year!

How are the Easter holidays going for you? Sibling squabbling or harmony?

Thanks for reading.
