Keeping your Home Secure with Panasonic

Do you suffer with FOBA? That’s fear of being away if you didn’t know 😉 I know I do! We actually went away last weekend and it’s something that’s always there in the back of my mind, those niggling thoughts about whether we remembered to lock the door, or did I shut all the windows? Did I turn my hair straighteners off?! There is just so much to worry about.

The security of our homes is so important which is why Panasonic created the Smart Home Motion Sensor. It allows you to keep an eye on your home at any time, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday.  It definitely puts an end to FOBA!

The Panasonic Motion Sensor detects movement in the surrounding area and sends alerts to your smart device. As well as detecting intruders and activating sirens or cameras to record footage, Smart Home Motion Sensors can be used to set up a range of useful home automation effects. For instance, a triggered motion sensor on the stairs could switch on a light connected to a Smart Plug in the downstairs hall. You can adjust the Motion Sensor’s sensitivity, too, so that it’s not accidentally triggered by family pets which it definitely would be in our house!

The motion sensor has an RRP of £34.99  and must be used in conjunction with the Smart Home Hub.

Check out this video from Panasonic which shows you everything that you can do with Smart Home.

Do you ever suffer with FOBA?

That’s something a bit different and quite interesting to consider. It’s not even expensive either. I worry about going away too but we’ve got home insurance and CCTV which we can check remotely so makes me feel a bit better 🙂
