Conturve review.
As a woman with curves, I try my best to embrace my body shape and would say I’m pretty confident. Recently I have gained a little weight and certain outfits just don’t sit right around my tummy anymore. I’m all for body confidence but I also think it’s OK to admit when you don’t feel your best. That’s why I wanted to try out Conturve shapewear – to help me feel comfortable again in the clothes I love.
Conturve
Conturve is an underwear brand created to empower women of all shapes and sizes. Their aim is to give women extra confidence and inspire them to love their body by contouring their curves. This is a message that I absolutely love – it’s not about losing weight or trying to hide your body – it’s about feeling that little bit more comfortable in your own skin.

Shaper bra
The Conturve shaper bra is available in sizes AA – H, and colours black, white, nude and brown. I went for the black option in a size large. For reference I am usually a size 36C and it fits well.
The shaper bra is wire free, so is very comfortable. The adjustable straps mean you’ll get the perfect fit. It also has hook and eye closure so there’s no need to struggle getting your bra over your head! I know we’ve all been there…
The cups are slightly padded, which I like as this offers some support whilst allowing you to keep your natural shape. I love how the bra conforms to your natural shape and looking seamless under clothing. It’s made from soft, breathable material which just adds to the comfort and also makes it a great everyday bra.
Shaping panty
The shaping panty is the product I was most excited to try out, because as I mentioned earlier my tummy is the one area of my body that I sometimes feel self conscious about.
I went for a size medium/large, I am usually a size 14 and they fit me really well. Of course they are a squeeze to get on but they wouldn’t be doing their job if they weren’t! I went for these in black, but they are also available in nude and brown.
The first thing to mention about these is that they are very high waisted and have an anti slip silicone band along the top to ensure that they stay in place all day and don’t roll down.
I really liked how these smoothed out all of my lumps and bumps and really did look seamless under clothing. I am very impressed! Despite the panties being super tight and sucking you in, they are very comfortable thanks to the soft, stretchy fabric. I was able to wear these all day without a problem.

My thoughts
I am really impressed with both the Conturve shaper bra and shaping panties. Both products are very comfortable and look seamless under my outfits. I would say that the panties win it for me though as they really did help me find the confidence I was missing. The make me feel confident in my clothes, especially when accessorised with MeVo Jewelry pieces.
I would highly recommend trying out Conturve if you’re looking to contour your curves and give you a much needed confidence boost.
