What I Wore | Joanie Clothing

Joanie Clothing is a brand that I’ve seen a lot of on instagram lately, I’d heard a lot of good things and I really liked the look of their vintage style clothing. So when they reached out to me to see if they could send me some items, I couldn’t have been more excited!

Here’s what I picked out…

Meredith embroidered shirt dress

I love everything about this dress – the style, the fit, the neckline, the length, the pretty embroidered flowers. It’s just stunning and I feel so confident in it. We are off to Spain in a couple of weeks and I cannot wait to take this with me!

Meredith shirt dress – sold out (shop dresses here)

Maurice chambray shirt dress

The style and fit of this dress is similar to the Meredith dress above which is great as I think this style really suits my body shape. The chambray denim makes it perfect for everyday wear and it works well with a chunky cardigan and tights in autumn and winter, as well as with sandals in summer.

Maurice shirt dress – £40

Martha stripe shirt dress

Obviously I couldn’t possibly resist a multicoloured striped dress, could I? I love that this one can easily be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. I wore it with tights and converse here as the weather is getting cooler but it would look equally nice with my tan saltwater sandals.

Martha dress – £38

Myla frill jumper

The Myla embroidered frill jumper caught my eye straight away, I just adore the pretty frill detail. I’m really liking the jumper with my faux leather skirt, black tights and converse (pictured below). I think it makes a perfect autumn outfit and one that I can see myself wearing a lot over the next few weeks.

Myla frill jumper – £35

I am really impressed with quality and fit of all the items I picked out and will definitely be buying from Joanie again. In fact I am already eyeing up a couple more items!

Size wise, I went for a size 12 in everything, which is my usual size and everything fits me like a glove. Joanie stock sizes 8 – 22, so the brand is suitable for all shapes a sizes which I think is great.

Have you bought from Joanie Clothing before? What do you think to the items I picked out?

Thanks for reading.

*I was kindly sent these items for the purpose of this post, however all opinions are my own*

Oooh these look great. I particularly like the jumper and denim dress. I first heard of these guys through brummy mummy of 2 as she had a gorgeous dress from them. Now seeing these I’m definitely going to have to check them out.
