I have a bit of a love hate relationship with jeans. I find it very difficult to find a pair that fits well and that I’m not having to pull back up every 30 seconds. I have wide hips and a big bum, but yet the rest of my legs are pretty average so it’s hard to find jeans that fit me everywhere. But when you finally find a good pair that fit well, you just want to live in them don’t you?
So today I thought I would share my current favourite pairs of jeans, maybe this will be useful to some of you. Especially if you have a similar body shape to me.
ASOS Farleigh jeans are high waisted slim mom jeans and I am obsessed with them. Until I discovered Farleigh jeans I had tried on so many different pairs of mom jeans but never found any that were right for me. Farleigh jeans are stretchy unlike a lot of mom jeans out there so they fit perfectly and are really comfortable.
I currently have them in washed black and prince wash with ripped knees but there are lots of different styles to choose from.
I’ve been wearing Topshop Joni jeans for years and still love them now. They are super high waisted so great for the mum tum! And they are super duper stretchy so are basically like wearing your favourite pair of leggings. I am also a fan of the Topshop Jamie jeans, which aren’t quite as stretchy but are still great jeans.
River Island Molly
River Island Molly jeans are a recent discovery for me. I needed a new pair of black jeans and these were reduced to just £25 so I thought I’d give them a try and I am so pleased I did. They are advertised as jeggings but are just like jeans as they have the zip, button and pockets. But they are really stretchy and fit like a glove.
Here’s a few other pairs of jeans I currently have my eye on…
1. Ripped Jamie jeans – Topshop
2. Jeans with side stripe – Zara
3. Dark blue Molly jeans – River Island
4. Metallic stud jeans – Simply Be
5. Farleigh jeans in check print – ASOS
What are your favourite jeans?
Thanks for reading.
