A few weekends ago we went over to one of my favourite places, Clumber Park. I’ve been visiting Clumber Park since I was little and have always loved it, luckily Max and Evie seem to love it just as much as I do.
Clumber Park is a National Trust country park in Nottinghamshire, about a 45 minute drive from us. It has a huge Lake, a church, an adventure playground, a cafe, discovery centre and lots of trees to climb! It’s the perfect place to spend a day with kids.
On the day that we went they had The Imagined Mansion exhibition on, where we were able to explore what once was Clumber House mansion. It’s a really cool exhibition, with a front door, a dining table and chairs and even a library complete with books and beanbags! The kids thought it was brilliant.
The exhibition is on until Sunday 26th June, so there’s still time to go and check it out.
I’m thinking of investing in a National Trust membership so that we can get out and about over the Summer holidays. There are so many National Trust places that I would love to visit and for just £9.25 a month, I think the membership is a bargain.
Here are the photos I took during the day…
Thanks for reading.
