Last months Primark post seems like such a long time ago now, probably because the kids have gone back to school and the weather has turned much cooler since then. It definitely feels like we’ve been plonked right into autumn and I’m only just getting used to it. The change in weather has got me thinking about autumn fashion and in particular knitwear, which you’ll see plenty of in this post! But that’s as far as I’m willing to go at the moment, I don’t feel ready to start buying winter coats just yet. Maybe next month…
Don’t forget to check out last months Primark post here…
I headed over to Primark last week, this time I went to the Meadowhall store rather than the one in Sheffield city centre like last month. They had some lovely pieces in, particularly knitwear. And I ended up coming away with not one, not two, but three jumpers! Here’s everything I picked up…
First up, I snapped up this amazing camo jacket. I’ve been after one for ages and actually ordered one online a few weeks ago but the shape just didn’t suit me. I thought I would give this one a go as it was pretty cheap, and I really like it! I particularly like the side stripe detail which makes it just that little bit different from other ones I’ve seen around.
I think that this will look great during autumn with jeans and trainers or boots. What do you think?
Camouflage jacket – £20
Next up is the first of the three jumpers. This one is just a simple cream chunky knit. I thought that it would be perfect for tucking into midi skirts…
Cable knit jumper – £10
I also picked up these mustard yellow sling back shoes. They might not be the most weather appropriate shoes but they were too cute to leave behind. And at just £6, I think I might need to buy them in pink and leopard print too…
Yellow sling back shoes – £6
Next up is this red, purple and pink patterned jumper. I adore the colours in this jumper, I think they work really well together, especially with a red lip. The jeans I’m wearing in these photos I bought in Primark last month and I absolutely love them! I did notice that they still have them in stock if you’re after a pair.
Argyle jumper – £13, Jeans – £13
The third jumper I picked up is this animal print one that I’ve seen a lot on Instagram lately. You all know how much I love leopard print, and this is a little bit different with the purple and yellow pattern.
Animal print jumper – £13
This next item might be my favourite of the entire haul. LEOPARD PRINT PYJAMAS! And they are silky and so so soft and comfy. I’m in love.
Leopard print pyjamas – £15
Finally I grabbed myself a pair of new slippers. I love Primark for slippers because they are so cheap. These were just £4 which is ideal as I get through them so quickly. And there’s nothing quite like treating yourself to new pyjamas and slippers, is there? These ones are memory foam so they are really comfortable and cosy.
Slippers – £4
Have you been shopping in Primark this month? What did you pick up?
Thank you for reading.
