Thomas Sabo Generation Charm Club

I hold my hands up and admit that I am not very good at remembering to wear jewellery! But, the jewellery that I do wear I like to be sentimental and special to me. Whether it brings back a precious memory, it’s engraved with my loved ones initials or a memorable date, I think it’s nice for jewellery to have meaning behind it.

Thomas Sabo recently launched Generation Charm Club, which is right up my street when it comes to sentimental yet stylish jewellery. They got in touch to see if I’d like to pick out a piece of jewellery from the range and I honestly couldn’t reply quick enough!

Discover Generation Charm Club: many new Charms and ways to wear them! The new collection is full of larger than life new Charm pendants, charm necklaces, gold bracelets and packs of personality. Now you can create your own personal look by mixing and matching silver and gold Charms of all sizes to create your very own look.

I started by browsing their charm necklaces and bracelets. There’s a vast range of styles, lengths and colours to choose from. I wasn’t sure whether to go for silver to match my wedding rings or to go with yellow gold which is very much on trend at the moment. In the end I went for the yellow gold circle charm necklace as I loved the style and also the longer length which is very boho chic and perfect for layering in spring and summer. It comes in either 70cm or 90cm length – I opted for 70cm which is perfect for me.

Next came the difficult part – choosing my charms! I like the idea of mixing both silver and gold together and this may be something I do in future but for now I went for gold charms. Straight away I was drawn to the green triangle charm, it’s absolutely beautiful. But I also knew that I wanted something that would remind me of my husband and the kids. There’s so many different options and I considered birth stone charms, zodiac signs, letters etc. I decided to go for a simple circle charm engraved with James and the children’s initials. I liked the idea of having this close to my heart at all times.

I love the personalised touch that the engraveable charms add. Besides initials, Generation Charm Club charms can be engraved with a memorable date or symbols. You can also choose the style of font from block, romantic or script (mine is romantic).

Gold disc charm – £69 (engraving is free)

I am absolutely over the moon with my new Generation Charm Club necklace. It’s very special to me and I literally haven’t taken it off since it arrived. I also really like that I can add to the necklace in future, which will give me the option to wear all the charms together or switch them up whenever I want. The gorgeous gold bumble bee charm and March birth stone are definitely being added to my birthday wish list!

Thomas Sabo also have a great children’s jewellery range which includes some lovely charms for little ones such as dinosaurs, hearts, angels, unicorns and more. A great little keepsake for memorable times in their lives and something I will definitely be looking into buying for Evie.

What do you think to Thomas Sabo’s Generation Charm Club collection?

Thank you for reading.
