Over the past few months I’ve been sharing new in items from my local Topshop store over on Instagram. If you’ve missed that then you can catch my blog posts instead here and here. It’s been great working with Topshop Meadowhall, it’s definitely helped me to rekindle my love for Topshop again. I used to love shopping there back when I was in my late teens and early twenties, but more recently I guess I just assumed it wasn’t for me anymore. This partnership has really shown me that Topshop isn’t just for young, slim girls but for everyone! I’ve found most of their clothing suits my curves well, which I’m really pleased about. I’ll definitely be continuing to shop at Topshop from now on.
Here’s a few new in items I’m loving from Topshop…
The first outfit I’m sharing is one that would be great for a date night, or drinks with friends. It could also be dressed down with some chunky boots or trainers for a day time look. I’m wearing the Topshop Editor jeans here which are such a great fit and I love the wash of these ones.
Editor jeans – £49
My blouse is super pretty, I like the embroidered hearts and sheer sleeves. I think the black works well against the lighter coloured jeans, tied together with the black boots and my favourite black borg bag.
My boots are a total bargain at just £39! They are the perfect boot for a night out if you’re not much of a heel wearing, like me. The heel isn’t too high so they are really comfortable and easy to walk in.
MACI black ankle boots – £39
This next outfit is all about the coat. The second I saw this online, I just had to have it. The colour is everything! In all honestly I do have a bit of a coat obsessed and definitely didn’t need another one, but I just couldn’t resist this beautiful sage green colour. Unfortunately this does appear to be sold out online now, but you may be able to find it in your local store.
I’m wearing the coat here with the Editor jeans I mentioned earlier, black high top Converse that I wear all the time at the moment, and a Led Zeppelin tee. I love this casual look but of course the coat could easily be dressed up. I think it would look great with an all black outfit – dress, tights and the MACI ankle boots I featured earlier in this post.
Led Zeppelin tshirt – £25
My third and final outfit is another that is very much ‘me’ and one that I feel very comfortable in. You all know by now how much I love a midi dress and this one is just perfect. It’s another versatile piece that can be dressed up or down. I’m wearing it here with my MACI ankle boots but have also worn it with my OSLO chunky black boots for a more casual look.
Midi smock shirt dress (similar) – £49
I finished off the outfit with this beautiful mock croc bag that can be used either with the long handle or shorter one. I adore the colour of it, it’s perfect for this time of year and Christmas party season.
Which is your favourite outfit?
Thank you for reading.
