Wow, Christmas feels like months ago already doesn’t it? I can’t believe I’m only just getting round to writing this post but the Christmas and New Year period are always so busy, I just haven’t had the time to open my laptop. I did this same post last year and while I was a little worried that some people might see it as ‘bragging’, it actually did really well. So I thought I would do the same again this year.

I am lucky that my husband bought me some gorgeous gifts this year and my mum always goes a little bit mad with presents, so I have been thoroughly spoilt. I did get a lot of chocolate and alcohol as well (obvs) but I didn’t think there was much point including that in this post. I’m not going to list everything that I received, instead I’m just mentioning a few of my favourite items…
First up, I got a couple of Lush gift sets this year which was very much appreciated as I had completely ran out of bath bombs.
My husband got me a new lens for my camera. I don’t claim to be an expert at taking photos, but it’s something I really enjoy and would like to get better at.

My sister bought me a few beauty and skincare bits that I have been wanting to try for a while. My skincare routine is basic to say the least and I hate spending money on higher end products that I don’t know will suit my skin. I’m really grateful to have received these products so I can give them a try and hopefully sort my problem skin out!
