Years later, her twins were born prematurely, and the neonatal unit at Simpson’s Special Care Babies became her lifeline. In gratitude, she and her husband asked wedding guests to donate instead of bringing gifts, raising £10,000 – her first step into philanthropy. That spark grew into a global mission: to date, Veronika has helped raise nearly £250,000 for causes including Simpson’s Special Care Babies, Women’s Aid, DEBRA UK, and Cancer Research.
Her advocacy takes shape through her platform, Moments That Matter, which champions three pillars: maternal and infant health, support for survivors of domestic abuse, and empowerment for women across all stages of life. For Veronika, every moment a safe birth, a survivor speaking her truth, a woman realizing her strength has the power to transform lives. “No woman should walk alone,” she often says, summarizing the core of her mission.
Pageantry has given her a microphone, not a crown to display. She has been recognized as 1st Runner-Up Mrs UK World 2025 and 1st Runner-Up Ms Great Britain 2023, and has been featured in international outlets including MOEVIR Magazine. Veronika will return to Vilnius in November to meet with the media and continue her preparations before heading to the global finals.
