A Little Treat for Evie from Molly Brown

Molly Brown recently got in touch to see if they could send us a little gift for Evie. I thought it was a lovely idea with her having just started big school in September. I thought that a nice piece of personalised jewellery would make a perfect keepsake for her at such an important milestone in her life.

For anyone who hasn’t heard of Molly Brown before they are a British children’s jewellery brand. Their products make perfect keepsakes for special occasions such as christenings, birthdays or even as a gift for a flower girl.

Molly Brown London was established in 2006 and upon its launch was dubbed ‘Tiffany for girls’ by VOGUE Magazine. Our vision was to create a brand based on the belief that a piece of jewellery given to a girl at any age should represent good quality British luxury.

I picked out the personalised my first pearl necklace for Evie, which is sterling silver and just beautiful. All Molly Brown jewellery is personalised for free so we went for a letter E on this necklace. You can opt for the disc with the engraving on to be either a heart, star or a simple round disc. I went for a heart as I knew that would be Evie’s choice.

The necklace comes on a 16″ chain which is adjustable to 14″ which is great as it means that it can grow with Evie. The little pearl is a freshwater pearl and measures 6mm.

Evie’s necklace arrived in a beautiful little presentation box and inside a Molly Brown gift bag. Which is handy if you are giving the jewellery as a gift as it means you don’t need to worry about buying a gift bag or gift wrap.

Evie is so pleased with her new necklace and she feels so grown up when she wears it. I can see this being a treasured piece of jewellery of hers for many years to come.
