CHRISTMAS PYJAMAS FROM BRITISH BOXERS | REVIEW

If you know me, you will know how much I love a good pair of pyjamas. I have quite a collection and at this time of year I love nothing more than a festive themed pair. British Boxers very kindly sent me over a set of their bamboo Christmas pyjamas to try and I am so impressed. Let me tell you more about them…

British Boxers

British Boxers is a Staffordshire based company, founded by Deborah Price. Deborah named the business after her great, great, great grandfather, the first World Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Jem Mace. Creating classic underwear and loungewear pieces that use quality fabrics that stand the test of time. British Boxers now supplies the likes of Harrods, Joules, John Lewis and more.

“We believe in elevating the everyday with garments that provide luxurious comfort around the clock. Our products are built to last and are made with an emphasis on slow fashion that’s better for everyone involved. We use incredibly crisp two-fold cottons which are cool against the skin in summer, and exceptionally soft and cosy two-fold brushed cottons for autumn and winter.”

British Boxers sell a wide range of products including underwear, socks, hoodies, slippers and more, not just pyjamas! There’s plenty of choice for Christmas gifting.

Bamboo pyjamas

You might remember that last year I tried my very first pair of British Boxers pyjamas, a beautiful brushed cotton pair, and they are still one of my favourite pairs of pyjamas a year on. The quality is fantastic, even after lots of wear and having been through the wash and tumble dryer many times.

This time I opted for one of their bamboo set of pyjamas. When they arrived I was immediately impressed by how silky soft the fabric is. They are very stretchy too, making them the most comfortable pyjamas I own.

The set features an elasticated waistband, long sleeves, cuffed ankles and of course pockets! Pyjamas without pockets is a big pet peeve of mine. I mean, where am I supposed to put my phone? The fabric is lightweight so perfect for under a dressing gown around the house and not too hot to sleep in.

The Jolly Holly design is super cute and perfect for this time of year. You will also find these available in men’s and children’s sizes, so the whole family can match. As well as this design there are other matching family sets available such as brushed cotton tartan sets.

My thoughts

I am thrilled with my new British Boxers pyjamas and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an incredibly comfortable and high quality pair of Christmas pyjamas.

The sizing is spot on too. I went for a size large which is what the sizing chart on the website suggested as a UK size 12/14. Sizes range from x-small to xxxx-large, which is approx a UK size 8 upto 22, so a great range.

So whether you’re treating yourself or buying for a loved one, British Boxers is the place for quality pyjamas.

Have you bought pyjamas from British Boxers before? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you for reading.
