VAUXHALL CROSSLAND X | REVIEW

Vauxhall Crossland X

During half term we visited Wales for a few days and were very kindly loaned a Vauxhall Crossland X for our trip. It’s a fantastic family car that we very much enjoyed testing out, and it was certainly difficult handing it back over last week!

“Muddy rugby boots. Fizzy-drink spills. Scattered popcorn from the cinema.¬†Luckily, the life-ready Crossland X is ready for it all.”

Now I can’t claim to be an expert when it comes to cars but I can tell you how the car worked for us as a busy family, I hope that you find it helpful. Here’s our review on the Vauxhall Crossland X…

First of all, I love the sleek and sporty look of the Crossland X, especially the gorgeous amber orange colour. I’ve never driven an SUV before and have always been used to smaller cars, so I was a little nervous about how big it would feel being behind the wheel. But actually I was pleasantly surprised and it felt very comfortable to drive.

The interior feels luxurious, yet sporty and ready for anything that a family can throw at it. The car was very comfortable during our long car journey and felt spacious too. You can even fold down the back seats for extra loading space (1255 litres to be exact!), which would come in very handy for busy family life.

One of the most impressive things about the Crossland X for me is it’s connectivity. You can easily connect your phone and project your apps on to the cars IntelliLink screen with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This makes keeping in touch and playing your music super easy.

Another of my favourite things about the Crossland X is the 180 degree panoramic rear view camera and parking sensors which made parking a piece of cake. We live on a street which is always busy and without off street parking. I hold my hands up and admit that my parallel parking isn’t always the best so this made life so much easier and it’s a feature that I would definitely look for in a car from now on.

The Vauxhall Crossland X is available in a range of petrol and diesel engines, both automatic and manual. So there’s a Crossland to suit everyone. Find out more about the different options here.

We thoroughly enjoyed trying out the Vauxhall Crossland X, it was perfect for our family and I would definitely recommend it if you’re in the market for a new family vehicle. I loved the sporty design and spacious and comfortable interior. My favourite features were the easy connectivity and the panoramic rear view camera, which made parking a whole lot easier.

The Vauxhall Crossland X is available from £17,715. Find out more here.

Thank you for reading.
