*This is a sponsored post*

If you follow me on Instagram you will know that me and my family are big foodies, who love nothing more than to eat out and try new restaurants. We always have a list on the go of where we want to visit next. So I’ve put together a list of 10 UK restaurants that you should add to your restaurant bucket list this winter.

1. Restaurant 1584

Starting off with one of my favourite local restaurants; Restaurant 1584, located in Whitley Hall Hotel in Sheffield. This happens to be where we got married, so it holds a special place in my heart but the restaurant is also amazing. This two rosette restaurant offers fine dining but at affordable prices and is family friendly.

2. Domo

Another local Sheffield gem is Domo restaurant. Tucked away in Kelham Island, this one really is a hidden gem. Offering traditional Sardinian cuisine, including pizza and pasta dishes.

3. The Ivy

I have always wanted to visit The Ivy, it looks like the perfect date night location. Unfortunately we don’t have one here in Sheffield, but I did see one in Harrogate recently which looked incredible but sadly they were fully booked during our stay.

The Ivy, 7-9 Parliament St, Harrogate HG1 2QU

4. Palm Court at The Langham

If you’re looking for the perfect afternoon tea in London, then look no further than Palm Court at The Langham. Set in a beautiful art deco hotel, the decor is stunning and the afternoon teas look almost too good to eat. I came across this one whilst browsing the SquareMeal website, which is a one-stop shop for information on UK restaurants, bars and venues. They provide independent and unbiased restaurant reviews that you can trust, I highly recommend checking out their website if you are a foodie like me.

5. Southside Scran

Edinburgh is one of my favourite places in the world, there’s just something about it that makes me feel happy. So I always find myself looking up restaurants to visit the next time I’m there. The food at Southside Scran looks delicious, so it’s at the top of my list when it reopens.

Southside Scran, 14 – 17 Bruntsfield Pl, Edinburgh EH10 4HN

6. The Wine Place

The Wine Place serves the most amazing looking Italian food, my favourite! Set in Covent Garden, if Italian food and good wine are your thing then this is definitely one to add to your list!

The Wine Place, 33, The Market Bldg, Piazza WC2E 8RE

7. The Elephant

The Elephant in Torquay has been on my list for quite a while. It’s a Michelin star restaurant that is also family friendly and informal. So children and families are more than welcome. My children love food and trying new things so it’s good to hear of family friendly restaurants like this one.

8. Tapas3

Aside from Italian food, my other love is tapas! The menu at Tapas3 is enough to make your mouth water, it sounds incredible and I cannot wait to visit one day. And it happens to be located in my favourite city, Edinburgh!

9. Pani’s Cafe

Pani’s Cafe in Newcastle is an informal, family-run restaurant serving homemade Italian food with a Sardinian twist. If you haven’t already figured it out from this post, I really like Italian food!

Pani’s Cafe, 61-65 High Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6BX

10. The Allotment

If it’s a vegan restaurant you’re looking for then look no further than The Allotment in Manchester. Now I myself may not be vegan but I would happily eat everything on the menu here! Definitely one to check out if you’re in the area.

The Allotment, Lloyd’s house, 18-22 Lloyd St, Manchester M2 5WA
